Delivery Policy

Studio Layers is owned and operated by Studiolayers, a partnership firm registered in India.

How delivery works

All products sold on studiolayers.co.in are digital downloads. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no courier involved.

Upon successful payment confirmation by Razorpay, you will receive an email at the address provided during checkout containing your download link. Delivery is typically instant and in most cases within 15 minutes of payment. If you do not receive your email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Supported formats

Products are delivered as Excel (.xlsx) files, PDF documents, or Word (.docx) files depending on the product purchased. All files are compatible with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Re-download

If your download link expires or you lose access to your file, write to hello@studiolayers.in with your order ID. We will resend the link within 1 working day.

Failed or incomplete payments

If your bank shows a debit but you did not receive an order confirmation email, the payment was likely not captured at our end. Razorpay auto-reverses such holds within 5–7 working days. You may also email us with your bank reference number and we will investigate promptly.
