Digital products — general policy
All products sold on studiolayers.co.in are digital downloads delivered electronically immediately after payment. Because the files are accessible as soon as delivery is confirmed, refunds are generally not available once a product has been delivered.
We make every effort to describe each product accurately on the website so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Exceptions — when we do refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situation:
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same order.
To raise a refund request, email hello@studiolayers.in with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and a screenshot where applicable. We respond within 2 working days.
Failed payments
If your bank shows a charge but you did not receive an order confirmation, the payment was not captured at our end. Razorpay auto-reverses such holds within 5–7 working days. You may also contact us with your bank reference number.
